We want you to be happy with every purchase.
Digital downloads
Files are delivered instantly in My downloads after payment. If a file does not open, is broken or is not what the product page described, contact us within 7 days with your order number and we will fix it or refund you. A refunded order's downloads are removed from your account.
Ad-free membership
- Cancel any time in My account — auto-renewal stops and you keep ad-free until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Switching between monthly and yearly is prorated automatically.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or wallet) and usually arrive in 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
