This policy explains what data we collect and why. Data controller: Dasardot LLC.
Children
Children can play every activity without an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; accounts are for parents, guardians and teachers.
Data we collect
- Account data: username, email, password hash.
- Orders and memberships: what you bought, order numbers, and Stripe payment, customer and subscription IDs. Card and UPI details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver downloads, manage your membership, send receipts and important account emails, prevent abuse and improve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email, Stripe for payments, analytics) or when required by law.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Indian users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; EU/UK users under the GDPR.
